When do I receive my order?
You will see the expected delivery date on each product page. If for some reason we cannot meet the expected delivery date, we will try to notify you by email.

What are the shipping costs?
There are no shipping costs for orders over €100. For orders below this you pay €4,95 in shipping costs (Benelux).

Can I pick up my order?
Collection from us is not possible. We do our best to deliver orders to your home as quickly as possible.

What should I do if I have not received my package?
If your package has not been delivered on the expected delivery date (as stated in your order confirmation email), it is recommended that you check the following:
1. Check the Track and Trace code of your package. The delivery time indication may have shifted.
2. Check your email. You may have received a 'not at home' message and your package was delivered to your neighbors or a parcel point. Or the delivery company returns at a new delivery time.
3. Check the delivery address. Check your email to see whether your account's address has been entered correctly.

Have you done the above and still don't know where your package is? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I have a product installed by you?
We do not have an installation service. Almost all Ramair items are easy to install  and come with a manual. If you need help, you can always ask your questions to our customer service.
