How long is your return policy and how does it work?
Any unwanted product must be returned within 14 days from when your Ramair order is delivered. The product must not been used (read: unassembled and in its original condition). Returns are at your own expense.
- Register your return by always contacting our customer service first.
- You will receive a returns form from us by email.
- Complete this and add it to your return package. No printer? Write all details of the return form on a blank paper.
- Pack the return package well and drop it off at a collection point (PostNL, DPD, DHL, etc.). Please check carefully whether the return address is correct (this is stated on the return form). After your return request, you have 14 days to return your product.
- You are responsible for the return yourself. Make sure you keep proof of shipping and, if necessary, return it insured.
- After we have received your return, your return will be processed within 5 working days.
What are the return conditions?
To receive a full refund, it is important to return your product undamaged and in its original condition (with all accessories) (within 14 days of your return notification). You are always allowed to feel and view products, but you are not allowed to assemble them if you wish to return them. For example, you can look at and feel an air filter, but you are not allowed to install it (or drive around with it) if you wish to return it.
When you have indicated that the product meets the return conditions, but upon receipt it appears that this is not the case. We then have the right to charge the costs necessary to restore the product to new condition (if this is possible). We will assess this depreciation and contact you about this. If the return is unsellable, we are forced to return it to you. In this case, the additional (shipping) costs are for you.
When will I receive the amount of my return?
If we have received your return and it meets the return conditions, you will receive your payment (including shipping costs) back from us as soon as possible. This can take up to 5 working days (depending on your bank).
